In this episode I am joined by yogi and founder of Move In Awe, Sbu Breathe. Sbu shares his introduction to, and journey with yoga, and the work he does to ensure that more people, especially African youths, are exposed to the practice. Put simply, yoga is a practice that involves movement, meditation, and breathing techniques to promote mental and physical well-being, and to connect one to a deeper sense of self. I say "put simply" because an arrangement of letters cannot encapsulate what this ancient practice has to offer. One ought to practice to fully comprehend.
